We are excited to announce that the communal facilities at Club Trillium will be reopening its doors to residents!
The building facilities will open from 9am on Saturday 30th October 2021. In line with the Victorian Government instructions, residents who attend the facility will need to be double vaccinated. Your Vaccination status will need to be provided to Centre Staff in order for your swipe card to have access to the building. As an OC, we have a legal obligation to ensure that we follow the correct guidelines set by the Victorian Chief Health Officer. Therefore, this responsibility of onus falls on each and every lot owner to ensure that their family members are following these directions while on Common Property. Any offending resident will be held responsible for payment of any fines incurred by Victoria Police or the Victorian Government. Communal areas of the facility will be monitored by Centre Staff with CCTV to ensure that the rules are being followed.
This system is new to everyone - we ask that you are patient with our staff members during this transition stage while they navigate their way through a new learning experience. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy in place.
All areas of the facility will be open as per normal, with regular building opening and closing times effective immediately – 5am to 10pm daily.
Function Room bookings will resume from 1st November. Our Centre staff will be in contact with Lot Owners who have upcoming bookings. The Function Room Rules of Use that were in place prior to this Lockdown will take effect again, however, it will now be mandatory that all functions have a security guard in place with permission to check the Vaccination certificates of guests. Security guard cost will be invoiced to the hirer directly. Please refer to Section 6.8 of the Function Room Rules for further information.
Inductions for new residents will resume from 1st November 2021. Inductions can be booked on the Club Trillium website. Just a reminder that any residents turning 16 need to complete an Induction prior to using the facility independently.
For the safety and wellbeing of our residents, the No Guest Policy will be implemented again for the coming weeks, effective immediately. This will be reviewed by the Committee at a later stage, with formal communication being distributed with any further updates. (Note: Residents who are residing in the estate but are not Inducted will need to complete an Induction first.)
Please forward a copy of your Vaccination status from your Medicare or Service Victoria Apps to email@example.com, stating your name & Lot Number, or you can present your certificate to the staff over the front counter at the beginning of your next visit during office opening hours. Please note that due to privacy, certificates will not be stored on file. Our staff will be keeping an internal record of your vaccination status so that they don’t have to keep asking for the status. A vaccination status will be required for each and every individual resident and this question will be implemented into the Induction process for new Lot Owners.
Office Opening hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 9:30am – 5pm
