Club Trillium has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room is approximately 10m wide and 20m deep and can accommodate up to 80 persons.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 virus, the Owners Corporation Committee & Management Team have advised that any NEW function room bookings cannot be approved at this stage. This measure has been put in place for the safety & wellbeing of our residents. Residents can still make function room bookings and the date will be held for them, however we are not able to guarantee that the booking wil be approved. Updates will be provided to residents via our Email newsletter
Function Room availability times are as follows:
The Lounge Area and Community Garden are NOT to be used by guests at Functions. Lot Owners will be issued Breach Notices if guests are found in any part of the building that is not for Function use. Please read the Function Room Rules for information on Bond Charges & Cleaning Fees.
