Club Trillium has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room is approximately 10m wide and 20m deep and can accommodate up to 80 persons.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 virus, the Club Trillium Function Room is open to a maximum capacity of 60 people until further notice. Please refer to the COVID-Safe Function Room COVID Rules for further information on the processes that have been implemented to the impact of COVID-19.

Function Room availability times are as follows:
The Lounge Area and Community Garden are NOT to be used by guests at Functions. Lot Owners will be issued Breach Notices if guests are found in any part of the building that is not for Function use. Please read the Function Room Rules for information on Bond Charges & Cleaning Fees.
