Function Room bookings must now be placed online (there are no manual bookings) and must be booked at least seven days in advance. Availability for each day is shown on the booking page.

Club Trillium has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room is approximately 10m wide and 20m deep and can accommodate up to 80 persons.

Function Room availability times are as follows:

  • Monday  - Thursday:  9am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm. 
  • Friday & Saturday:    Morning session: 9am – 3pm  (Room must be packed up and vacated by 3.30pm.  Cleaners will be in from 3pm)  
  • Friday & Saturday: Evening Session : 5pm – 11pm (Function set up to start at 5pm, function to finish at 11pm, room must be packed up and vacated by midnight).  Please refer to the Function Room Rules for more details.
  • Only 1 booking available on Sunday 9am - 10pm
  • Cleaners will be scheduled between 5am – 9am and 3pm to 5pm where applicable.   At this stage, only 1 booking per day is available on Sundays to avoid overlapping and to allow enough time for Cleaning.  

Lot Owners are responsible for the payment of any damages as a result from their function. A Bond is payable for every function. Cleaning will be changed for any function that serves food. 

The Lounge Area and Community Garden are NOT to be used by guests at Functions.  Lot Owners will be issued Breach Notices if guests are found in any part of the building that is not for Function use.

Amenities available in the Function Room include:

Tables & Chairs

  •  2  x trestle tables (dimensions: 1.8m in length);
  • 10 x round tables (dimensions: 1.8m in diameter);
  • 4  x round, height adjustable bar tables;
  • 80 chairs.

Surround sound

  • Vivitech Projector & Screen;
  • Samsung 75" TV Screen;
  • Denon Amplifier with USB, HDMI, and Radio Tuner;
  • Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player (also for CD's);
  • Teac Set Top Box.

** Please note it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that their device and files are compatible with the surround sound system.  Music played on a USB through the Denon Amp and must be an MP3 format only.  Denon Amp is only compatible with Apple products.  Please contact Centre Staff to arrange a trial time prior to your function.

When hiring the function room the hirer has access to the attached outdoor space inclusive of grass and deck areas.
