• QR check-in code must be used by all attendees for contact tracing purposes.
• This event is EXCLUSIVELY for Trillium Residents only.
• No guests/non-residents will be permitted.
• Registrations are essential- Booking link
• Registrations for catering purposes open at 9am on Monday 15th November 2021 and will close at 9am on Tuesday 7th December 2021.
• No registration - no BBQ. You will receive an event ticket when you register - this must be presented on the day for food, as only the people who register will be catered for.
• Dietary requirements can be included with your registration.
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
