Imporant Updates - Monday 1st June 2020

On Sunday 24th May, the Victorian Premier Dan Andrews MP announced the relaxation of restrictions aiming towards COVID-Safe.

Following this announcement, our Owners Corporation Committee & Management Team have come up with a “soft” re-opening timeline for Club Trillium which complies with new Government regulations and keeps our member safety at the forefront at all time.

These Rules are in place from Monday 1st June – Sunday 21st June 2020.

Swimming Pool Outdoor Area

The swimming Pool area will re-open at 9am on Monday 1st June 2020.

Maximum of 20 people in the area at once time, including 3 people per lap lane. This means that only 9 people can be in the swimming pool at one time.

Toddler Pool is also open.  No more than 2 children in the water at one time.

For the moment, bookings are to be made by contacting the Centre Management Office.  We will be implementing a new online booking system shortly.  This is in the process of being created.

Pool heating for both pools have been turned.

Tennis Court

Tennis Court was opened last week following the restriction lifted on outdoor sporting activities. Website bookings will be available from 9am Monday.

Function Room

New Bookings will be taken from Monday 1st June 2020. The first available date will be Monday 15th June.

If you have any existing booking, a confirmation will not be granted until closer to the date to accommodate any further changes that may apply at that time.   A member of the Centre Management Team will contact you if any amendments need to be made to your existing booking.

Maximum of 20 people per function, as per Government Guidelines.

2 round tables, 2 trestle tables and 20 chairs will be available.  Access will not be allowed to the storage cupboard.  Each Function Room clean will include a sanitizing of the entire room and kitchen. For this reason, tables & chairs will be left set up in the Function Room. The hirer will not need to worry about putting these away.

All Functions must have a security guard present through our resident Security company at their own cost for the full duration of the function.

A register of contact details of all guests must be provided to the Centre Management Team during your Function Handover.  These details will be provided to the security guard and guest numbers will be checked regularly throughout the Function.  If the headcount is above 20, the security guard will have the right to terminate your function.

The Function handover process may change slightly. We are working on this process and new changes will be implemented.

An Interim set of Function Room Rules to accommodate certain changes will be uploaded to the website.  We will notify residents when these rules are available.  Any existing bookings will need to comply with the new rules.
