ISO Activities

Welcome to our first ISO 2.0 Newsletter.  We are reaching out to residents in the estate to make sure that everyone is staying safe & well. Please feel free to contact us if you feel need to chat or even a quick hello during this difficult time.

Online Activities

We may not be able to run our usual Activities, but we CAN run fun activities online.  During the last closure, we did run our Zumba, Yoga & Community Initiative Classes online through Zoom, but unfortunately, we did not receive much interest.  This time around, we are focusing on the option of running some FUN online classes mainly aimed at kids, but anyone can join!  Online Classes we can run are making scones, playdough, slime, and lots of other fun activities.  If you are interested in joining these activities, please register your interest by email info@clubtrillium.com.au so we can gauge interest.

Just for Fun – Photo Collages!

Let's have some fun together in isolation!  Every week, we will be asking residents to send through their photos of a different topic each week, and we will be creating a collage of the photos.  This is not a competition and is a fun activity aimed at a positive Community spirit.

Send through your photos ... The 1st topic will be LEGO CREATIONS.  Send through photos of your Lego/blocks creation that you create at home!  Remember to use your imagination to create anything you want.  Then ask Mum or Dad to forward a photo to info@clubtrillium.com.au to be included in our weekly collage!

We are looking forward to seeing your creations.  Submissions will close at 5pm on Tuesday evenings with new topics being released every Wednesday.

Changes to the Club Trillium Car Park

The Car Park located on Common Property at Club Trillium will now be locked when the building is closed.  Bollards have now been installed at the entry/exit points of the car park. This action is a result of an incident that recently occurred in the car park, where the Owners Corporation was at high risk of damage to Common Property.

Further to this, Section 5 (f) (iii) of the Trillium Owner's Corporation Rules clearly states that vehicles must not be left parked on Common Property for personal use other than in the case of an emergency. All Lot Owners would have received this document at the time of purchase.  It can also be accessed on our website by clicking here.

During the current COVID closure, the car park will be closed at all times.  Once the facility can reopen under the Government directives, the car park will be unlocked by Security at the beginning of the day and locked again in the evening, to ensure that resident access will not be disturbed.

Surrounding residents to the Club will be receiving a letter in their mailboxes to make sure that everyone is given sufficient time to remove their vehicles.

The Owners Corporation will not be held responsible for any further costs should you choose to leave your vehicle parked in the car park.
