Community Initiatives are back for 2021!

We are super excited to announce the commencement of our Community Initiatives!

Please read the Terms & Conditions which have been updated to reflect the information announced in the Victorian Government's COVID-Safe Summer Plan.

Zumba classes resume on Monday 1st February 2021, and Yoga starts back on Tuesday 2nd February 2021.

Bookings open 1-week in advance for each class. Under the current building rules, guests are not permitted.

You will need to login to your account at www.clubtrillium.com.au to view and register for each date at our Community Initiatives Calendar. You can also view the Community Initiative Guidelines on our website under the website file section. Residents are not permitted to attend Community Initiative Sessions if the Lot Owner has outstanding Owners Corporation fees. 

NOTE:  Classes may be cancelled if we do not receive enough registrations for each day.  Therefore, registrations are extremely important.


Annual General Meeting - 1st February 2021

The Notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) have now been issued to all Lot Owners. 

The AGM will take place via Zoom on Monday 1st February 2021 at 6pm.   Please ensure that you register your attendance by emailing ocadmin@micm.com.au with your name and Lot Number.

Changes to COVID-Safe Function Room Rules

The Function Room rules have been updated to reflect changes to density limits.   There is now a maximum of 60 people at one function, which allows us to comply with the Victorian Government's directions provided in the COVID-Safe Summer Plan.
