We are aware of a spam email that was issued from our email address early this morning with the title “Re: A35760009708990”.  You will notice that the sender’s email address is not our correct email address.  This email is Spam / Junk email and was not issued by the Owners Corporation, nor did we have any control over the email being sent. Many email addresses worldwide have been affected by unsolicited emails, not just us.

If you have received this email, please make sure you do not open the attachment and delete the email immediately.  Do not respond to the email, as we will not receive your response and you will expose yourself to higher cyber fraud risk. We have run our security protection software to ensure that any malicious files that we may have received have been removed, and all passwords have now been changed. This event is a timely reminder as to how easy it is for electronic viruses to spread without the user's knowledge.
