Yesterday the Victorian Premier announced an amendment to the Outdoor Pool Rule, which confirmed that swimming pools that are classified for residential use are closed.  This also includes pools on Common Property, which unfortunately means we have to close our pool, effective immediately following this announcement.  This measure is completely out of our control - If we do not comply with the rules, we leave our OC open to a health risk and the chance of receiving a large fine. 

Residents who have already made a swimming pool booking will be contacted today. We are hoping that the rules will be more beneficial to us when the next announcement is made in October for Stage 3..
