Function Room Bookings - Covid-19
On 23rd March, a Newsletter was issued to advise residents that Club Trillium was closing temporarily due to COVID-19. This included Function Room Bookings up to 30th April. As the Government restrictions around social distancing for COVID-18 are still currently in place, all residents are advised that any Function Room bookings that are currently made for near future dates will need to be cancelled, We are unsure as to how long the closure will extend to, therefore this rule will be implemented for an indefinite amount of time. If you currently hold a Function Room bookings in the coming months, our Centre Management Team will contact you directly approx 4 weeks before your function date. We will assess the situation as time progresses and will make contact with each resident affected as required. As previously advised, new Function Room bookings will not be approved until further notice. This applies to any future dates, including 2021.
