Message from OC Chairperson

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TRILLIUM LOT OWNERS

This is to draw your attention to the letter emailed to all TRILLIUM LOT OWNERS by the developer Villawood.

  • Trillium OC wasn't consulted or advised prior to the said letter being sent to all residents. Therefore, the Trillium OC has nothing to do with the contents of that letter sent by Villawood.
  • It appears that the developer, Villawood may be indirectly trying to influence the voting process to elect a new committee. 

Further, all lot owners should know that the difference between MICM advised Budget and the committee's proposed budget is a Difference of $10.00 per lot/per quarter or $40.00 per lot/per year. This is indicated in the Chair's Report on Page 12 of the AGM Agenda.


By reducing the number of staff from THREE to TWO (a saving of nearly $ 40,000) and by reducing the $25,000.00 it was costing owners for Community Events was able to bring down the Proposed Annual Levy to $533.00. 

 

All of the Service Contracts of Spot-On Cleaning, J J Richards Rubbish Removal, Fire Services, Pool Pro pool Servicing, and Bellrock Security well as the Long-Term Maintenance Fund remains as per the advised budget by MICM. By keeping these figures unchanged ensures the operational functions of the Club can be sustained
