Tennis Court is Now Open!

Due to the changes in restrictions,  we excited to announce the opening of our Tennis Court.  Some changes and rules that will need to be followed to ensure the safety of our residents, staff and the cleanliness of the Centre.

Most important changes that will come into effect during this interim time are

  • Bookings can be taken over the phone by calling the Club Trillium Centre Management Office.
  • Booking times are limited and based on amended staff hours

The staff will guide you through the procedures which have been implemented to allow the opening of the court.  We ask that residents using the tennis court abide by these rules.  Please do not visit the Club without a prior booking.  Entry is NOT permitted to any other parts of the building.  Please follow staff guidelines at all times.

For bookings, please call the Centre Management Office on 8733 9094.

Changes to Community Initiatives Classes

Our Community Initiative Classes have been running through the Zoom Platform for our residents.

Effective Monday 24th May, we can now allow a very limited amount of registrations to attend each class in person.  Indoor classes are limited to 4 participants and the potential of outdoor classes (weather permitting) with up to 9 participants.  (We also need to fund the instructor as 1 person).

As per the opening of the tennis court, there are rules that will need to be followed. The class attendance registrations will be based on a first-in, first-served basis.  The classes will also still be running on Zoom for those that feel more comfortable at home during this time.

If you wish to attend these classes at the Club, please call the Centre Management Team on 8733 9094 or send an email to info@clubtrillium.com.au.  Please leave a Voicemail messages if the office is unattended - this will be classified as a registration.

For safety reasons, personal attendance is not permitted for the Storytime session on Mondays.

What has been happening at Club Trillium?

The Centre Management Team have been busy with maintenance tasks to keep the building looking great. Projects that have been worked on include:

  • Gardening & mowing of lawns.
  • Internal Cleaning.
  • Painting of Function Room lower walls, bathrooms, office & gym - Including a new look feature wall painted grey in the Office & Gym for a different look. The painting of the bathrooms has made such a huge difference!
  • Auditing and updating swipe card details.
  • Improving the Design Guidelines Breach Process.
  • Works have commenced on the relations to the Men's Shed.  Keep a lookout for changes in the coming weeks! This space is being transformed into a new & exciting area that will be ready for residents to use once the building reopens.
  • Maintaining the pool, including keeping it clear and making sure that the chemical balance is still within Australian standards - this will make it easier once we are allowed to reopen.
  • Most importantly, making sure that the building remains compliant with Essential Service requirements as per the Building Permit.

Feel free to call the office just to say hello!  It's very quiet without residents coming in the building, and we look forward to welcoming everyone again as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Stay Safe.
