COVID-19 Club Trillium Closed

Dear Residents,

Yesterday the Australian Government announced that due to the Covid-19 Global Health Pandemic, all Gyms & Indoor Sports facilities would close indefinitely from Midday today.  In line with this advice, please be advised that Phase 3 of our Action Plan has now been implemented. 

All areas in Club Trillium will be CLOSED to resident and contractor access effective midday MONDAY 23rd MARCH 2020. 
Further communication will be released as it comes to hand. 

At this stage, Function Room bookings up to the end of April will be cancelled. Residents who have Function Room bookings will be contacted directly by the Centre Management Team over the coming days regarding cancellations and refunds of Function Room payments. As advised in our Email Newsletter last week, new Function Room bookings will not be approved until further notice. 

Community Initiative classes have been suspended commencing today. Information regarding the resumption of classes will be distributed once available. 

The Centre Management Team will be available via phone or email on reduced hours across 7 days a week.

Please note: Any savings we make at the club for being closed during this period will be know by June 2020, items such as gas, electricity, pool chemicals, cleaning or any essential administration will form a SURPLUS we are working towards giving this back to the lot owners in the form of reduced fees. The Manager, Staff and Management Committee will know how much the SURPLUS will be by June 2020 when we receive the utility bills and we plan to use this surplus to minimize the ongoing fees after June 2020.
