This is a Courtesy Reminder to maintain the upkeep of your Nature Strips and Front Gardens. We must acknowledge the clear majority of owners whose nature strips and gardens are outstanding. Apart from frontages being an Owners Corporation contractual obligation, the upkeep of gardens is in your self interest as it adds to the Real Estate value of your property.

So, in the next couple of weeks Members of the Trillium OC Committee will be walking around the estate meeting, greeting and getting to know you. We hope this friendly personalised strategy will motivate all of us to work collectively in enhancing the curb appeal of our properties.
