Non-Compliance Update - A Message From the Committee

Gardening - The summer weather over the last few weeks has been amazing, and there is no better time to enjoy a bit of gardening than right now! Get the kids involved to create a whole family activity.  Take this opportunity to change the look of your garden and include some bright & colourful flowers and different plants.

Lawns & all nature strips must be mowed, including both front and side nature stirps for corner blocks in order to comply with Section 5.4 of the Trillium Design Guidelines.  In addition, Lot Owners are contractually bound to maintain their respective nature strips. Let's take pride in our estate's appearance and avoid receiving a Non-Compliance Notice.

Bins – A moratorium has been placed on the Design Guidelines for Bins as it was agreed by the current member of the Committee that this rule cannot be applied with equity and without prejudice across all Lots.  As a result, we will no longer be issuing breaches for Section 5.5 General – Rubbish & recycling bins as listed in the Trillium Design Guidelines.
