Annual General Meeting - 26th October 2021

The Notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was issued to all Lot Owners earlier this week. 

The AGM will take place via the online platform Zoom on Tuesday 26th October 2021 at 6pm.   Please ensure that you register your attendance by emailing Evan Cai with your Name and Lot Number.  Please note that only Lot Owners are eligible to register, not tenants or other family members not listed on the title.  If a registration is received from a person who is not a Lot Owner, access will not be granted.  Any further documentation required can be viewed by logging in to your online MICM Portal.

It has been brought our notice of various views expressed in the social media, especially in two Facebook pages. Trillium OC or MICM has NO association with any of those pages and DO NOT endorse any views expressed in those pages.

Legitimate and accurate information related to the upcoming AGM has already been emailed to all residents. Please refer to the Trillium OC Chair statement (Page 12) and the OC Managers Report (Page 11) for accurate information in regards to how the Trillium OC functioned in 2021. These two documents inform residents how the OC have arrived at the budget for 2021/22 financial year.

Residents, please be careful when selecting a proxy, be aware that your proxy may not be choosing to vote in a way that truly represents your view.

It is also disappointing to see some of the comments made in the social media are directed at some members of the current committee. Please note that all 10 committee members, irrespective of their views, volunteer their time and effort to work for the greater good of the Trillium residents. They each contribute in a way that each thinks best. Ultimately, you have the opportunity at the AGM at 6pm on 26th October 2021, when you will decide what is best for your own interests.
