Post COVID Update - Road to Recovery

Following the Premier's Announcement for the Roadmap to Recovery on Sunday 7th September, we have outlined some of the important stages that will impact our slow re-opening of the facility.

As per the letter that was distributed on 10th August, credit has been provided to all Lot Owners as a result of the savings during the closure as well as a surplus in the budget. This will should have appeared on your current Invoice for Owners Corporation Levies.  Please contact MICM Property directly if you have any questions.

Please remember that these Stages are dependant on the advice of the Premier at the time.  We will continue to communicate updates closer to the beginning of each State as time progresses.

Club Trillium currently has a valid COVID-Safe Plan in place that is followed and provided to all Essential Contractors. This Plan will be updated accordingly and will be forwarded to residents when required.

We are all very anxious and excited to see Club Trillium reopen and to see what our new "normal" will look like.  We appreciate your patience during the closure, which as we have stated many times before, was completely out of our control.

Local Business Shout Outs!

Did you know that Club Trillium has a Business Directory?  This is the central place where all the local businesses in the Estate can list their business venture and make their details available for other local residents.  This small but particularly useful part of our website has been a bit neglected in the last, so let's work on this page back to life again! If you have a local business, we are asking for you to register your business on this page.  We do understand that a lot of local businesses advertise on the unofficial Facebook Page, but we are hoping to get these businesses to join our Business Directory page as a more 'official' means of communication within the Estate.

Each Monday, a newsletter will be issued with a BUSINESS SHOUT OUT to one random local business each week.  To be included your details MUST be registered on this page. This will aim at supporting local business & creating local awareness for our community.  We will also be recommending these businesses listed as a preferred option for Function Room bookings. We will contact the business owner the week before to let them know their turn is next.

We need to be supporting each other during these hard economic times post-COVID.  Supporting our local community is a great way to start!

*** Trillium Kids Fun Club Activity - Glitter Crayons ***

It's nearly the end of Term 3!  Let's have some fun making some Glitter crayons.

What you will need

  • Some old Crayons - these can be crayons that have been broken in half.  It's a great way to recycle your old crayons.
  • Silicone Moulds
  • Glitter (superfine glitter works better with this method)

Let's Create!

  1. Peel off the paper around the crayons.  Crayola crayons are very easy to peel.
  2. Break the crayons into smaller pieces and place them in the silicone mould.  For even more fun, use different shape silicone moulds if you have them - stars or hearts are always a great idea for this activity.  You can use the same colour, or be creative and mix your colours together.
  3. Once the crayons are in the silicone moulds, sprinkle a small amount of glitter into each mould.
  4. You will need an adult to help with this - the crayons are ready to go in the oven!  Set your oven to about 150 degrees.  They should only need 5 minutes to start melting.  With an adult's help, you can mix each crayon about 2-3 minutes into the melting process to swirl around the colours with a toothpick.
  5. Once the crayons are melted and fitted to the mould, take them out of the oven and wait for them cool. They are now to be used to create some amazing weekend drawings! Make sure they are completely cool before attempting to remove them from the silicone mould, otherwise they may loose their shapes.

Share your creations with us... We would love to see what you are up to!
