Function Room Update

We are excited to announce that following yesterday’s restriction changes, effective from Thursday 5th August 2021 at 9am, the Function Room will now be open and operating under the COVID-Safe Function Room Rules that were in force prior to the lockdown.  The maximum capacity is currently sitting at 60, in line with our COVID-Safe Plan.  Residents who have made a booking over the next few weeks will be contacted by Centre Management staff over the coming days to confirm their booking details. 

Our COVID-Safe Plan can be downloaded from the website at https://www.clubtrillium.com.au/estate-rules-policies-information.  A hardcopy format is available to collect near the Notice board at the club.

Please make note of the following variations which have been implemented to allow the Owners Corporation to follow the directions under the current guidelines:

  • 1 per 4 square metre rule applies.
  • Face masks must be worn at all times, except while eating.
  • QR code MUST be scanned by all guests upon entry.
  • A COVID-Safe Marshall must be in attendance for the duration of your function, including your setup & pack up time.  An additional security fee will be charged for this service.
  • A COVID-Safe clean will be completed by our cleaning contractor after every function.  There will not be an additional charge for this, other than the standard cleaning fee.

All residents must continue to scan the Services Victoria QR code as you enter the building.  For your convenience, the QR code has been placed in various locations around the building. Masks must also be worn at all times when in an indoor space, including entering the building.
