Lockdown Update

Due to the ongoing Melbourne Lockdown, the Committee would like to advise that the Resident BBQ and Information Afternoon that was scheduled to take place on Saturday 18th September 2021 will be rescheduled to a date later in the year once it is safe to run such an event.   We would like to thank everyone for the interest in registrations received for this event, and we look forward to being able to provide you with the details of the new date in the near future.

Please stay safe during this lockdown, and help our community by following the rules when going out of your daily walk. Ensure social distancing is maintained between yourself and other people walking, wear a face mask, and use hand sanitiser when appropriate.  The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our Number 1 priority during this time.  The weather might be starting to warm up, but please do not use this as an opportunity to meet with other family members in the park.  There have been a number of incidences reported to the Police Assistance Line in Trillium regarding breaches to the Lockdown rules.

Please also remember that parking on Common Property at Club Trillium is not permitted while the facility is closed.  As per Section 5 (f) (iii) of the Trillium Owners Corporation Rules, vehicles must not be left parked on Common Property for personal use other than in the case of an emergency. All Lot Owners would have received this document at the time of purchase.  It can also be accessed on our website by clicking here.  The locked chains are in place to protect your intellectual property during the closure, we and it would be greatly appreciated if residents would refrain from adjusting the chain to access the car park to park their vehicles.

During this lockdown, our emails and phone messages will be attended to however please allow 24 hours for a response.
